Dear Customer,
We write this letter to update you on the developments since the last few months.
We are deeply grateful for all the support, patience and trust shown by you all towards the company. Despite facing various obstacles due to the circumstances beyond our control, it has always been our endeavor to protect the value and the interests of our customers. These last 2 years have been our toughest as a business, and we had to navigate through one of the most challenging business landscapes with limited resources, some of which caused us to fall behind on specific plans of product delivery. However even during this time our teams have been working against the odds to find resolutions and deliver to customers. Our primary goal has been to expedite our delivery commitments and secure the purchases made with us either on land projects or the building projects and towards that goal we had set out various initiatives. Since August 2020, some of these initiatives have started bearing fruit and this communication is to update you on the same.
It is a well-known fact that even before the pandemic, there was a large-scale depression of the overall real estate business in India which also had a significant impact on our core business of real estate. In order to continue to protect the value and the interests of the customers and work on our responsibilities, in the month of August 2020, we made certain significant changes in the structure of our organization to ensure that we are present in every region to cater to your needs. This is now bearing fruit and we are pleased to inform you that the delivery process has commenced in our Sindhudurg region and the registrations for project Carnival has restarted. Also, we have successfully progressed in other project(s) and have procured the NA approvals for the first phase of our Garv project situated at Kudali. In addition, we have also started registration for our land at project Harvest situated at Vanaste.
Further, in the month of February 2021, our registration teams has commenced work to schedule registrations for over 100 customers, which customers will be contacted in no particular order of preference. Further, our registration team shall be reaching out to over 200 customers to schedule registrations in the month of March, 2021 and a similar schedule to be followed every month thereafter.
Moreover, due to our constant endeavors, we have also received the Occupancy Certificate for various residential and commercial projects which covers approximately 600 units in the last 18 months.
We have also identified potential partners to support us in completing all our delivery commitments for our building projects such as Taloja, Vida Phase II and our Studio and Apartments in the Vida Uptown project, etc., with an intent to hasten the delivery process for over 1500 customers.
Further, considering your suggestions, we have been constantly working to improve our customer communication. However, due to the repercussions of the pandemic on the entire industry, unfortunately, we had to downsize our operations significantly. Nevertheless, we are focusing the available resources in improving our customer communication and delivery of plots/apartments to our customers. We implore you to be patient and assure you that we are endeavoring to provide effective solutions to strengthen the customer communication. As a preliminary measure, we shall be setting up a customer communication service number which make our customer communications teams more accessible to customers. A key aspect in ensuring delivery, is the preservation of organizational bandwidth and so we are doing all that we can to cooperate in the audit with the authorities and yet with the constraint of time, work towards improving our delivery to “all” of our customers successfully.
